Man’s Search for Meaning - Victor Frankl

Victor Frankl was in a concentration camp when he developed this philosophy. I cannot speak to that level of experience in this lifetime but he can. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for freedom in their minds.

Frankl is an example of someone who had complete incarceration of the body, and extreme horror, and was able to free the mind in those conditions.

He speaks eloquently of how to endure, and then recover from extreme trauma as well.
