These blogs are to acknowledge emotions because you must master your own emotional state and to a certain extent that of others before you can receive any clear spiritual inputs. This does not mean remove emotional states. An athlete does not remove gravity, they learn to respect it. A sailor learns to love the unpredictability of the ocean and its various states.

I find few people really write intelligently about emotions, perhaps the medium is contrary to understanding them. Musicians and other artists often train to channel and communicate emotions directly to those who can intuit them.
I’ll do my best here to give you good resources, but direct experience is your best teacher. Try to write about your own emotions, before you try to interpret someone else’s writing on emotions. You’ll have a better chance of receiving the information then.
